Risk perception of COVID-19 among Portuguese healthcare professionals and the general population

ポルトガルの医療従事者および一般集団における COVID-19 のリスク認識評価について、3,403 人を雪だるま法で評価を行ったところ、感染する確率が高いと考えていたのは医療従事者では 54.9％であったのに対し、一般集団では 24.0％であり（P ＜ 0.001）、その4 分の 1 以上が自身の家族が感染する可能性があると考えていた。予防的隔離については、70％以上がその有効性に同意した。かなりの割合で、医療の準備が十分ではないと考えていた（一般集団50.1％ 対 医療従事者63.5％、P ＜ 0.001）。保健当局のコミュニケーションについては、約 60％が「中程度」に満足しているとした。今回のパンデミックが 3 か月から 6 か月で制御され得ると考えていたのは、一般集団では 46.7％、医療従事者では 52.8％であった（P ＝ 0.01）。

ポルトガルでのCOVID-19 のリスク認識評価を 2020 年 3 月に Google フォームでアンケート調査を行い、医療従事者と一般集団で比較した研究である。医療従事者の方が危機感が強い傾向にあるが、両者ともに約半数がパンデミックは早期に制御できると考えている点が興味深い。
