Escape room to enhance immediate and long-term healthcare workers’ knowledge of multidrug-resistant organisms: a before—after study

多剤耐性菌（MDRO）は、医療現場において特有の感染制御策を必要とする。脱出ゲームは、医療教育で活用されているが、依然として、MDRO 研修への適用評価は実施されておらず、長期的な知識定着効果の評価も不足している。本研究では、脱出ゲームによる介入が医療従事者の MDRO についての知識に与える短期的および長期的な影響を評価した。フランスの大学病院で前向き単一施設研究を実施した（2023 年 5 月から 12 月）。24 病棟から看護師、看護助手、メディカルフェローが参加した。介入の前、介入後、介入3 か月後に11 項目のテストを実施した。介入内容は、MDRO に関係する謎解きを含む 60 分間の脱出ゲームと、事後報告会で構成されていた。成績向上に関する要因を評価するために、単変量および多変量解析を実施した。141 名の参加者（看護師52.5％、看護助手44.0％、研修医3.5％）において、正答率は、研修前 53.3％から研修後 74.9％に上昇した（P ＜ 0.001）。看護師は 55.9％から 78.5％へ、看護助手は 49.6％から 71.4％へ改善した。看護師は事後テストスコアの向上と関連していた。3 か月後の知識定着率は、44 名の参加者において、介入前テストより有意に高かった（71.3％、P ＜ 0.001）。満足度は高かった（9.3/10）。脱出ゲームは、MDRO に関係する感染制御策についての看護師や看護助手の知識を増加させ、保持を増強することができる。このゲーム化された手法（ゲーミフィケーション手法）には課題（時間、準備、運営面）があるものの、参加者からは大きな満足感が得られた。
