One size does not fit all: the effectiveness of messaging for hand hygiene compliance by profession in a tertiary hospital

手指衛生遵守のための職種別のメッセージ伝達の有効性を検討するために、病院全体の調査に続き、影響・認識・改善すべき領域を調べる職種別フォーカスグループ・ディスカッションを実施した。結果より、手指衛生は感染予防プログラムの不可欠な要素であると十分に理解されていることが明らかになった。しかしながら、メッセージの受け入れと影響は職種間で異なり、個別化が必要であった。医療専門家グループにおいて感染予防に関連する変化の受け入れを改善するために、職種別のメッセージを考案する際は、動機づけ、影響力を持つ模範的な人物を生かすこと、社会的一体性について考慮すべきである。
