Dissemination of NDM-1 carbapenemase-producer Providencia stuartii strains in Romanian hospitals:a multicentre study

近年、複数のルーマニアの病院がプロビデンシア・スチュアーティイ（Providencia stuartii）株の分離の増加と、憂慮すべきカルバペネム耐性率について指摘している。P. stuartii の拡散に関する分子疫学的データを示すため、ルーマニアの異なる地域の 5 つの病院から収集された P. stuartii 77 株を分析した。すべての菌株は IncA/C プラスミドを保有しており、67 株は blaNDM-1 遺伝子を保有していた。パルスフィールド・ゲル電気泳動によって、6 つのクローンクラスターが識別された。主要なサブタイプは 5 病院すべてにおいて認められた。我々の研究により、抗菌薬使用の最適化およびカルバペネマーゼ産生 P. stuartii に対する対象限定サーベイランスといった、効率的な感染制御策の必要性が浮き彫りになった。
