Comparison of long-term and peri-operative complications between tunnelled and conventional peripherally inserted central catheters in patients with tumour: a systematic review and meta-analysis X.
従来型 PICC と比較して、トンネル式PICC では、術後感染(OR = 0.37、95%CI 0.27 ~ 0.51、P < 0.001)、血栓症(OR = 0.32、95%CI 0.22 ~ 0.47、P < 0.001)、カテーテル逸脱(OR = 0.50、95%CI 0.32 ~ 0.76、P = 0.001)、予定外抜去(OR = 0.45、95%CI 0.26 ~ 0.78、P = 0.004)および皮膚損傷(OR = 0.69、95%CI 0.50 ~ 0.95、P = 0.02)のリスクが有意に低下した。
