The high-education paradox in hepatitis B vaccination: structural barriers, role conflict, and implications for infection control in a high-workload health system Gaiyan Du*, Li Chen, Xiaohong Cui, Li Wei, Yu Zhang, Ning Li *Shanxi Bethune Hospital, China Journal of Hospital Infection (2026) 174, 358-371
