医療分野に資する非生体消毒薬および生体消毒薬の殺菌効果の判定における規定文書の適用：記述的レビュー★

非生体消毒薬と生体消毒薬は、微生物数を減らして感染数を抑えるのに重要な手段とされている。さまざまな方法の抗菌活性試験が適用されるが、標準化されていない方法が多く、適切な管理が実施されず、妥当性が確認されていない。このような問題に取り組むために、いくつかの欧州規格（EN）が策定されており、化学的な非生体消毒薬または生体消毒薬が、適切な殺菌活性、殺芽胞活性、殺抗酸菌活性または殺結核菌活性、殺真菌活性または殺酵母活性、殺ウイルス活性を有するかどうかを確認するための試験法が記載されている。この記述的レビューでは、医療分野に資する製剤の上記の抗菌活性の評価に関する 17 の EN を、このテーマに関する最近の公表文献とともに簡潔にレビューする。医療分野をシミュレートした清潔状況および汚染状況下で浮遊試験と浸漬試験が実施されている。さらに、これらの規格は、手指消毒、表面消毒、空中消毒、医療器具・医療用繊維の消毒用の殺生物薬の試験で広範に適用されている。感染症を抑える非生体消毒薬および生体消毒薬の抗菌活性の試験における規定文書の役割は過小評価されている。本記述的レビューの目的は、妥当性が確認されている EN に基づく抗菌活性試験の実施を研究者に促すことであり、進行中の試験におけるギャップの存在を明らかにすることである。さらに、医療分野での標準化された方法による広範な殺菌効果試験に関して認識を高めることも目的とした。医薬品として分類される生体消毒薬の殺菌活性および殺真菌活性の試験に関して、最近作成された欧州薬局方モノグラフにも注目する。

消毒薬の病原体の種別の効果判定に関する欧州の基準書について記載した論文である。消毒効果についてどのような検定が行われているのかを見知りすることができる。
