SARS-CoV-2 に対する消毒方法:システマティックレビュー★

背景
新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)の病原体である重症急性呼吸器症候群コロナウイルス‐2(SARS-CoV-2)は、世界的に数百万件の死亡をもたらしている。ウイルスの伝播は、空気中に浮遊する感染粒子の吸入、直接的な粘膜付着、汚染表面を介する間接的接触による。そのような伝播を阻止できる消毒方法が、今回のパンデミックや今後のウイルス感染において重要である。
目的
SARS-CoV-2 に対するいくつかの消毒方法の有効性について、文献で確認された最新のエビデンスに基づき明らかにすること。
方法
SARS-CoV-2 に対して使用される消毒方法を評価した研究を特定するために、2 つのデータベースを検索した。計 1,229 報の研究を特定し、これらのうち 60 報を今回のレビューの対象とした。Office of Health Assessment and Translation のバイアスリスク評価ツールにより質評価法について検討した。
結果
環境表面の消毒方法に関する研究が 28 報、生体表面の消毒方法に関する研究が 16 報、空中浮遊コロナウイルスの除菌方法に関する研究が 4 報、個人防護具(PPE)の再処理に使用される方法に関する研究が 16 報であった。
結論
環境表面の SARS-CoV-2 の不活化には、家庭および病院の複数の消毒剤、紫外線 C 波(UV-C)照射が有効であった。ポビドンヨード含有製剤は、皮膚・粘膜の殺ウイルス作用をもたらす。手指衛生については、標準的な固形石けんやアルコールにより SARS-CoV-2 を不活化できる。触媒活性を有する材料を組み込んだ空気ろ過システム、UV-C デバイス、加熱システムは、空中浮遊ウイルス粒子を効果的に低減できる。PPE の汚染除去は、加熱およびオゾン処理により安全に実施可能である。
監訳者コメント:
SARS-CoV-2 はエンベロープをもつウイルスで、消毒薬や界面活性剤や紫外線照射による不活化効果は良好である。国内でも独立行政法人製品評価技術基盤機構 消毒手法タスクフォースにより「新型コロナウイルスに対する消毒方法の有効性評価について最終報告」を公表している(https://www.nite.go.jp/information/osirase20200626.html)。
