Bactericidal efficacy of two modified WHO recommended alcohol-based hand rubs using two types of rub-in techniques for 15 s

世界保健機関（WHO）推奨の改良擦式アルコール製剤（3 mL）2 種の殺菌効果を、2 通りの擦式法（3 段階対 6 段階）で 15 秒擦り込み後に評価した。80％（w/w）エタノール・0.5％（v/v）グリセロール製剤（WHO 改良 I）では、平均 log₁₀ 減少値は 3.63 ± 0.87（6 段階）、3.80 ± 0.71（3 段階）で、基準処置（4.27 ± 0.98［6 段階］）よりも劣っていた。75％（w/w）イソプロパノール・0.5％（v/v）グリセロール製剤（WHO 改良 II）の有効性は、どちらの擦式法でも、基準処置に対して非劣性であった。

監訳者コメント：

一定の効果は認められたが、イソプロパノール系消毒薬では劣ることはなかったがアルコール系消毒薬では基準より劣っていた点が気になる。
