チルドビームはファンを持たない空調機器で、少ないエネルギーで空間全体を空調できる。省エネだけでなく、運転音がなく静かであるが、結露と清浄度の維持の問題があり、蓄積されたほこりから結露がしたたる時に大きなリスクをもたらす。チルドビームの管理の重要性が理解できる。
