監訳者コメント：
病院の売店従業員を介して拡がった麻疹のアウトブレイクの英国での報告。日本環境感染学会の医療関係者のガイドラインにおいても麻疹ワクチンの対象者は「業務として病院に出入りする者」が含まれているが、実際には売店や食堂などの従業員まで対象としている施設は多くないと推察される。施設内の不特定多数との接触はあるが盲点となりやすい職種であり、注意が必要である。
