Genetics, epidemiology, and clinical manifestations of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii

アシネトバクター・バウマニー（Acinetobacter baumannii）感染症は、世界中の病院で衛生上の新たな懸念事項となっており、長期入院患者において、より不良な臨床転帰を示す院内感染症と関連することが多い。感染管理には、感染菌株の迅速な同定、感染源の隔離、抗菌薬レジメンの適切な選択が含まれる。しかし、第一選択抗菌薬に対する耐性は、同等に有効な代替薬がないことと相まって、多剤耐性 A. baumannii 感染症の治療を困難にする。現在、多剤耐性 A. baumannii は、病院や長期ケア施設における衛生上の重大な懸念事項であり、出現率を制御するために迅速かつ継続的な防止策が必要である。本レビューでは、多剤耐性 A. baumannii の出現に影響を与える疫学、遺伝子マーカー、およびその他の因子の傾向について報告する。現行の対策および新たな対策、ならびに感染制御策について検討する。
