Effect of contact precautions for MRSA on patient satisfaction scores

接触予防策が、患者の入院時の経験やケアの実施に対して有害な作用を及ぼすことがある。この症例対照研究では、MRSA のために隔離された患者 70 例と非隔離患者 139 例の患者満足度スコアを比較した。補正した解析では、両群間に患者の満足度の差はなかった。年齢および学歴が患者の満足度に影響を及ぼすことが示された。

隔離の必要性に関する患者の理解を得ることと、隔離患者への様々な配慮があれば、患者の入院に対する満足度に大きな差は生まれないのかもしれない。
