Prevalence of latent tuberculosis infection among healthcare workers in China as detected by two interferon-gamma release assays

中国の医療従事者は結核感染症のリスクが高い。本研究では、2 種類のインターフェロンγ放出測定法（IGRA）（QuantiFERON^®-TB Gold In-Tube［QFT-GIT］と A.TB）およびツベルクリン皮内反応検査を用いて、ハルビンにある胸部疾患病院の医療従事者 210 名の潜在性結核感染症有病率を測定した。2 種類の IGRA による結果は、陽性率が 76.5％（QFT-GIT）と 65.7％（A.TB）であり、一致度は中等度であった。ツベルクリン皮内反応検査の判定に訪れた被験者は 50％未満であった。感染リスクは、患者への曝露に伴って上昇した。高リスク環境での結核感染症のモニタリングには、IGRA のほうがツベルクリン皮内反応検査よりも有用であると考えられる。
