グルタルアルデヒド感受性が低下した 1 回目および 5 回目の継代後の緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)分離株に対するグルタルアルデヒド溶液およびグルタルアルデヒドを主成分とする器具消毒薬の活性を、3 種類の濃度と 3 種類の温度下で調べた。1 回目と 5 回目の継代株の間に有意差は認められず、表現型適応が生じた可能性は低い。
