脳神経外科手術後のアシネトバクター・バウマニー（Acinetobacter baumannii）による院内感染髄膜炎：カタールの Hamad General Hospital に入院した 6 症例の後向き研究

本稿では、脳室ドレナージを留置する脳神経外科手術後に発症したアシネトバクター・バウマニー（Acinetobacter baumannii）による院内感染髄膜炎 6 症例を報告する。手術から感染症発症までの平均期間は 27 日（標準偏差［SD］14）であった。3 例（50％）に多剤耐性、2 例（33％）にカルバペネム耐性が認められた。全患者が経験的抗菌薬治療を受け、このうち 5 例（83％）では適切な治療であった。抗菌薬治療の平均期間は 12.5 日（SD 2.4）であった。6 例中 2 例（33％）は入院中に死亡した。
