Risk factors for bacteraemia attributable to Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to imipenem, levofloxacin, or gentamicin

日本の入院患者 175 例の血液培養から分離された緑膿菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa）のイミペネム、レボフロキサシン、およびゲンタマイシン耐性に関連するリスク因子について検討した。イミペネム耐性は他院からの転院および抗真菌薬投与と関連していた。ゲンタマイシン耐性はペニシリン投与歴と関連していた。レボフロキサシン耐性に関連する特異的なリスク因子は認められなかった。
