監訳者コメント：
易感染性宿主における防護環境の必要性は、造血幹細胞移植患者については明記されているが、それ以外の病態に関する知見は不足している。本事例はボリコナゾール予防投与まで行っており、かなりアグレッシブであるが、一時期の病棟閉鎖や転院などもファシリティが一定の基準を満たしていなければとるべき手段かもしれない。
