手術時手洗いの擦式法とスクラブ法の比較：有効性とコストの比較

本研究の目的は、手術時手洗いの擦式法とスクラブ法の有効性を比較し、手術時の手消毒における両法のコストを算出することである。MEDLINEを利用して、擦式法とスクラブ法の有効性を比較した、文献報告された研究のレビューを行った。擦式法とスクラブ法のコストは標準的な病院での費用に基づき推定した。文献から、擦式法はスクラブ法と同様の即効性があるが、擦式法にはより持続的な効果のあることが示された。擦式法はコストを67％削減した。結論として、擦式法はスクラブ法に代わる費用効率の高い方法である。
