サーベイランスを目的とした管理データの使用に対する阻害因子と促進因子：記述的概観

管理データはもともとサーベイランスを目的とするものではないが、公衆衛生や患者安全性のモニタリングにしばしば用いられる。本稿では、サーベイランス目的での管理データの使用に対する阻害因子と促進因子について、カナダにおける医療関連感染症（HAI）に焦点を当てて、記述的に概観する。今回は、管理データ全般または HAI に関連する管理データに関する論文のみを対象とした。管理データの正確さに関する検証研究およびメタアナリシスは除外した。Medline、Embase および Google Scholar で検索を行うとともに、対象としたすべての論文の参考文献一覧を検索し、合計 90 報の論文を組み入れた。本解析により、個人レベル、組織レベルおよびシステムレベルでの阻害因子 78 項目を特定し、促進因子 75 項目および管理データの利用と質を向上させるための解決策を概説した。この記述的概観は、管理データの使用に対する阻害因子と促進因子の理解を助け、使用を最適化するための実践的推奨を提供するものである。
