監訳者コメント：

グループへのフィードバック、個人へのフィードバックの実施に応じて、手指衛生の遵守率は向上しており、グループ、個人と丁寧なフィードバックにより遵守率が向上し、血流感染が減少している。電子手指衛生モニタリングシステムにより継続的に個人レベルでのテータ収集が可能であり、電子手指衛生モニタリングシステムは手指衛生の遵守率向上のツールとして有効であると考えられる。
