Super-factors associated with transmission of occupational COVID-19 infection among healthcare staff in Wuhan, China

背景
世界的に医療スタッフにおける新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の症例は多いが、感染に関連する主要因子はよく分かっていない。
目的
中国の医療スタッフにおいて COVID-19 感染を引き起こしている超因子を特定すること。
方法
2020 年 1 月 1 日から 2 月 30 日の間に横断研究を実施し、COVID-19 患者の看護と治療に携わった最前線の医療スタッフを登録した。感染群と非感染群の疫学・人口統計学的データを収集し比較した。影響因子間の計量社会学的なソーシャルリンクを確立するため、社会ネットワーク分析を用いた。
結果
計 92 名の医療スタッフが登録された。すべての参加者群において、ネットワークにより特定された超因子は医療用防護マスクまたはサージカルマスクを正しく装着することであった（次数中心性 572、近接中心性 25、媒介中心性 3.23）。勤務中に頬、鼻、口に触れることは感染群における超因子であった。これはネットワークにおける最も大きなノードであり、最も強い影響を及ぼした（次数中心性 370、近接中心性 29、媒介中心性 0.37）。自己防護スコアは非感染群において超因子であったが、感染群においては孤立因子であった（次数中心性 201、近接中心性 28、媒介中心性 5.64）。家族にとっては華南海鮮卸売市場への曝露歴および野生動物との接触歴が 2 つの孤立ノードであった。
結論
高い自己防護スコアは医療スタッフが COVID-19 に罹患するのを防ぐ主要因子であった。医療スタッフにおいて COVID-19 感染に関与する主要因子は、勤務中に頬、鼻、口に触れることであった。
