Factors associated with preventive behaviours of COVID-19 among hospital staff in Iran in 2020: an application of the Protection Motivation Theory

本研究は新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）に対する医療従事者の予防行動を、防護動機理論（PMT）に基づいて予測するために実施した。この横断的・分析的研究は、イランのハマダーンの医療従事者 761 名を対象に、多段階無作為抽出法を用いて実施した。医療従事者の COVID-19 に対する予防行動は比較的望ましい水準と評価された。PMT に基づくと、脅威評価と対処評価は、COVID-19 の予防行動を実施する防護動機の予測因子であった（P ＜ 0.001）。意志も、COVID-19 の予防行動を予測するものであった（P ＜ 0.001）。職員のトレーニングプログラムを計画する際に、職員の自己効力感と予防行動の有効性に関する知識を考慮することが推奨される。
