本研究では新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）に関する医療従事者の知識、実践、態度を分析した。2020 年 2 月 4 日から 2 月 8 日に、中国・河南省の病院 10 施設の計 1,357 名の医療従事者を対象とする横断的調査を実施した。調査対象のうち医療従事者の 89％は新型コロナウイルス感染症の十分な知識を有し、85％超はウイルスによる自己感染を懸念しており、89.7％は新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する正しい慣行に従っていた。知識レベルに加えて、業務経験と職種を含むリスク因子の一部は、新型コロナウイルス感染症に関する医療従事者の態度および実践に影響を与えた。職種、業務経験、労働時間、学歴、および最前線の医療従事者であることに関連するリスクから医療従事者を守るため、対策を取る必要がある。
