Infection control hazards associated with the use of forced-air warming in operating theatres

本論文は、整形外科インプラント手術時の超清浄換気（UCV）環境における、低体温予防のために使用する温風式加温装置（FAW）の SSI への影響に関するレビューである。結論は、手術時の体温維持の効果は疑う余地がないが、FAW 使用による UCV の気流の乱れは見過ごすことはできず、インプラント手術における SSI の発生率に関するエビデンスはまだ十分ではないため、明確な結論がでるまでは別の方法を選択したほうがよいとの著者たちの言葉である。
