急性期医療における情報伝達戦略：感染予防・制御の一環としての評価

背景
医療現場における情報伝達については近年、論文の中でも大いに注目されている。しかし、急性期医療の現場で用いられている種々の情報伝達手段の有効性に関する現在の理解、特に感染予防・制御の一環としての理解には、依然として大きなギャップがある。
目的
病院内で医療従事者への情報伝達に使用されている主な手段について調査・評価を行い、実務的な推奨事項を提示すること。
方法
急性期医療の現場で医療従事者への情報伝達に使用されている主な手段を詳細に調査し、実践に及ぼす影響を分析した。
結果
分析対象は、口頭による情報伝達、ガイドラインによる標準化、教育・研修、電子的な情報伝達、および広告マーケティング手法であった。従来の情報伝達手段は、感染予防・制御の最良の実践の変更や維持に有効ではなかったが、新しい手段（電子メッセージ、マーケティング手法）にも落とし穴があった。
結論
医療従事者への情報伝達手段の開発・実施・評価、トップダウンかボトムアップか、および医療従事者、特に病棟職員の関与などを考慮して、いくつかの簡易な推奨事項を提示した。
