文献報告された新生児のインフルエンザ A（H1N1）2009 の症例数は増加しているが、アウトブレイク管理に特化したガイドラインは存在しない。本稿では、大規模地域総合病院の新生児集中治療室におけるインフルエンザ A（H1N1）2009 のアウトブレイク事例を報告する。初発症例は母親から感染した可能性が高い。その後、別の 2 児が、おそらく持続陽圧呼吸を行ったことが原因で感染した。サーベイランスの強化と接触者のスクリーニング、確定症例の隔離、およびオセルタミビルの使用により、アウトブレイクは制御された。
