Guidelines for preventing catheter infection: assessment of knowledge and practice among paediatric and neonatal intensive care healthcare workers

スペインの小児および新生児集中治療室の医療従事者におけるカテーテル関連感染予防のためのガイドラインに関する知識および遵守に関する質問票 357 通を、スペインの 31 病院に配布し、分析を行った。全体の平均スコアは、個人的知識 5.61 および日常的実践 5.78 であった。本研究の結果から、スペインの医療従事者のカテーテル関連感染予防に関する知識には改善の余地があることが判明した。カテーテル関連感染の予防・管理の改善のためには、継続的な教育プログラムおよびケアバンドルの導入が必要である。
