Five-year prospective study of tuberculin skin testing among new healthcare personnel at a university hospital in Thailand

タイの病院の新人医療従事者を対象として、ツベルクリン皮内反応検査（TST）の陽性率および陽転率の判定を行った。2005 年から 2008 年に医療従事者 1,438 名に TST を実施し、陽性率は 66.3％であった。年齢、男性、および BCG 瘢痕は、TST 陽性と関連していた（すべて P ＜ 0.05）。TST 陽転率は、医療従事者 100 人年あたり 4.8 名であった。活動性結核と診断された医療従事者は 9 名（0.6％）であった。タイの医療従事者に対する年 1 回のサーベイランスプログラムは、結核の早期診断および予防のために重要である。
