Hospital-acquired human bocavirus in infants

ヒトボカウイルス（HBoV）は、幼児に感染する呼吸器病原体である。2008年1月から12月に、呼吸器感染症で入院している乳児から採取した鼻咽頭吸引511サンプルを対象として、HBoV病院感染のスクリーニングを行った。HBoV感染症を有する小児55例のうち、10例が病院感染であった。市中感染症例と比較して、これらの患児の他の呼吸器系ウイルスの同時感染の頻度は低かった。HBoVは、特に集中治療室での院内感染による小児呼吸器感染症のスクリーニングプロトコールの対象とすることを考慮すべきである。
