Prospective survey of indoor fungal contamination in hospital during a period of building construction

建設作業中の18カ月間にわたり、血液部門で室内真菌汚染調査を実施した。携帯型Air System Impactorで空気サンプルを採取し、接触用サブロー平板培地で表面サンプルを採取した。本調査期間中、空気中の平均生菌濃度は4.2 cfu/m3、表面では1.7 cfu/プレートであった。建設作業開始時に、当部門で空中浮遊真菌胞子の増加（3.0 cfu/m3から9.8 cfu/m3へ）がみられたが、18カ月間で濃度が10 cfu/m3を超えることはなかった。回収頻度が高い空中浮遊真菌はペニシリウム属菌（27～38％）、アスペルギルス属菌（25％）、および分子ツールを用いて同定した担子菌類ヤケイロタケ（Bjerkandera adusta）（7～12％）であった。不完全酵母菌綱の真菌が表面真菌叢の50％以上を占めた。新型空気処理システム（可動式PlasmairTMユニット）の効果を検討したところ、PlasmairTMで処理した室内の真菌汚染は有意な減少が認められ、建設作業中かどうかにかかわらず、これらの室内の真菌量は同程度であった。
